Iskopao sam Sasinu poruku iz Su-27 od pre 2 godine...

Исланд у сарадњи са приватном компанијом E.C.A. Program планира куповину једне или две ескадриле авиона Су-27. Уговор ће износити око 1,5 милијарди долара.
План је да се с тим авионима врши симулација борбе са правим "противником" односно Су-27.
Авиони ће се набавити преко Белорусије. Прво се планира набавка 15 а опционо још 18 авиона.
На сајту E.C.A. Program пише да цео посао већ у току и да се почетак набавке очекује до краја ове године а завршетак испоруке до краја 2012. године.
Такође та приватна компанија је већ расписала конкурс у којем траже бивше техничаре и пилота са искуством.

The Schiphol-based company has raised €283 million ($375 million) to support the programme via an asset-backed convertible bond, which was offered from 2-30 April. While this was short of the sought-for total of €430 million, intended to support the purchase of an initial 14 aircraft, ten Cate says "we consider it a success".
"We remain committed to the 14 aircraft, and from a funding perspective we have more than we need for now," he adds.

A kada gledam ono od pre 2 godine i spominjanje Suhoja padaju mi na pamet onih 18 Su-30 K koje je Indija povukla i koje bi navodno kupila Belorusija...

You might never have heard of Draken (a name which has no reference to the Saab fighter of the same name), but since its establishment in 2011 it has amassed an inventory of ex-Royal New Zealand Air Force A-4 Skyhawks and MB339s, surplus L-39s and even MiG-21s, to help provide training for the US military. That, our report says, makes the Florida-based company “the world’s largest private air force”.
