Talibani su sve ozbiljnija prijetnja vladi Afganistana. I dalje su bliski s terorističkom organizacijom al-Qa'idom i vjeruju da se, prema potrebi, mogu vratiti na vlast upotrebom sile, navodi se u izvješću Vijeća sigurnosti UN-a objavljenom u srijedu.
