5) Forming an Arab Ministerial Committee that will travel immediately to New York, Washington, Brussels, Geneva, London and Paris in order to convey the Arab Summit’s request to stop the Israeli aggression against Gaza.

Arab Countries that proposed & endorsed the plan:

3) Algeria
4) Tunisia
5) Iraq
6) Lebanon
7) Kuwait
8 ) Qatar
9) Oman
10) Libya
11) Yemen

The four countries that rejected it were not mentioned by name. Countries that abstained not mentioned either.

Ne bih se složio da dosta govori, većina uzdržanih su zemlje Evrope/EU koje baš i nemaju stopostotnu slobodu kada su neke političke/vojne odluke u pitanju.
