Sorry but I had to comment on this. Azerbaijan’s constitution forbids foreign military bases in the country. There cannot be a Turkish military base unless the constitution is changed.

That is not what it says in the video at all (I’m fluent in Turkish). Apparently they held a sign that said: «Türk ordusu Azərbaycanda qal” which means «Turkish army stay in Azerbaijan», not «save us from Armenians and Russians».

First of all, 12 Su-30 will not be enough for gaining air superiority over Azerbaijan. How do you gain air superiority with 12 jets against S-300PMU2, Barak-8 LR & ER, Buk-MB (to be equipped with new active RF guided missile). I’m guessing that when they talk about air superiority they refer to the entire potential theatre of operations, not just Armenia’s airspace.
Secondly, Azerbaijan is also in the process of modernizing its airforce. First step was the agreement signed in early 2020 for M-346 trainers.
So even if they want they cannot build any bases in Azerbaijan or transfer any terrorists from Middle east to Azerbaijan. About video from Baku it was obviously Turkish propaganda how people likes them and seek Turkish protection.
