Al-Jamahiriya television gave no exact numbers but quoted a military spokesman as saying that some of those who had surrendered made recorded "confessions" which will be broadcast on television later, Reuters said.

"NATO struck an area in the east of Misuata today but we do not have details," he said.

Misurata is the last remaining city in the west under rebel control.
It has been under siege for more than two months and has been the scene of some of the war's fiercest fighting between the rebels and Gaddafi loyalists.

The RAF has destroyed rocket launchers and Scud-missile containers in Libya, the Ministry of Defence has said.
Two Tornado fighters targeted a FROG-7 weapons system - which can fire rockets more than 40 miles (64km) - near the city of Sirte on Friday.
The planes also destroyed at least 30 containers used for transporting long-range Scud missiles.

Ovo je kao neko zaplijenjeno oruzje sto prikazuju pobunjenici
Odje se vidi gomila caura,neke kante,epolete,poneka uniforma....sve u svemu ovo vise lici na otpad nego na zaplijenjeno oruzje i MTS.
Ocajna im je propaganda.
Samo nek ovako nastave da ciste ulice Misrate od Gadafijevif vojnika mozda im otkupi neko ove "trofeje"
