Syrian rebels in the country's northwest said they came under attack from government ground forces at 4 a.m. (0200 GMT) on Saturday in what they called a breach of a cessation of hostilities plan that came into effect at midnight.
Three fighters from the rebel Second Coastal Division were killed while repelling the attack in the Jabal Turkman area near the Turkish border in Latakia province, Fadi Ahmad, spokesman for the affiliated First Coastal Division, told Reuters.

Asadove snage zauzele Talat Al-Nawarat i Saraf na severu Latakije
The Syrian Arab Army’s 103rd Brigade – backed by the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP), the Syrian Marines, the National Defense Forces (NDF), and Liwaa Suqour Al-Sahra (Desert Hawks Brigade) – imposed full control over Talat Al-Nawarat after a violent battle with Jabhat Al-Nusra, Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham, and the Free Syrian Army’s “1st Coastal Brigade”. With both Saraf and Tal Nawarat captured, the Syrian Armed Forces are inching closer to seizing the remaining border points that have under the control of the extremist rebels since the summer of 2012. More importantly, with the capture of the remaining border points in northern Latakia, the Syrian Armed Forces are now on the verge of taking full control of the entire province.

Despite the news about the government supply route still being cutoff, the Syrian Arab Army’s “Tiger Forces” – in close coordination with Hezbollah, the Republican Guard, and the National Defense Forces (NDF) – were able to capture a number of points along the Sheikh Hilal-Ithriyah Road, leaving only the Al-‘Azeeb Checkpoint under ISIS control.
The Syrian Armed Forces are expected seize this last checkpoint in the coming hours, which will finally secure this important government supply route. However, the Syrian Armed Forces will have to build a larger buffer-zone around this important supply route to the Aleppo Governorate, as it has been cutoff by ISIS at least 2 times in the last 5 months.

Амерички ловци Ф-22 бескорисни у Сирији
Citat:Америка је потрошила на коришћење у Сирији вишенаменских ловаца петог поколења „Ф-22 раптор“ 400 милиона долара, иако за тиме није било потребе, пише Еј-Би-Си њуз.
У оквиру антитерористичке операције Ф-22 су извели 150 налета и бацили 200 бомби на објекте ДАЕШ-а. За операцију америчких ловаца на небу изнад Сирије нису били потребни скупи авиони, модернизовани за коришћење у већим опасностима, наводи лист.

Russian monitors of the ceasefire in Syria have recorded nine violations of the truce over the last 24 hours. They said overall the ceasefire is holding up, but some of the violations were attributed to the rebels.

According to a military source in the Aleppo Governorate, the village of Abu Al-Karouz is located in Jabal Al- Souss (Al-Souss Mountains), which is not far from the recently captured city of Khanasser. The source added that the capture of Abu Al-Karouz is the first step the Tiger Forces have taken to expand their buffer-zone around the strategic Aleppo-Khanasser Road, which ultimately leads to the provincial provincial capital of the Aleppo Governorate.

Despite several reports that indicated ISIS was defeated along the Sheikh Hilal-Ithriyah Road, multiple sources in the area denied these claims over the course of 24 hours until Sunday afternoon, when it was revealed that the Tiger Forces and their allies captured the Al-‘Azeeb Checkpoint from the terrorist group. As a result of their success, the only government supply route to the Aleppo Governorate has been officially secured by the Syrian Armed Forces after a long week of battle against the ISIS terrorists.
