Specifically it uses a Passive Electronically Scanned Array (PESA) radar. It's important to understand as civilians we're not privy to exact details or performance nuances. But notably the N035 Irbis-E used on the Su-35 (Russia's primary air-to-air platform in Syria) is also PESA

This doesn't mean what works on a Pantsir will work on a Su-35 but the operating principle is generally the same. Takeaway here being, we have reason to believe Turkish EW capabilities CAN blind a Su-35 if it came down to it.

For those who follow the industry, today's cutting edge is the similar but active, AESA radar. Notably used on the S-400 SAM battery Russia has in Syria.

These radars can broadcast at multiple frequencies simultaneously and change quickly. So the Koral vs S-400 matchup not clear

Wrapping things up, as someone following the development of the Turkish defense industry, disabling the Pantsir's PESA radar to fly right above it is impressive. We're not just talking about disabling third-world obsolete air defenses but at least all but the latest systems.

čak sami Amerikanci su istaknuli EW tj. elektroničko ratovanje kao jedno od 3-4 područja u kojima su Rusi ispred njih (po njihovom priznanju).
Al' gdje su oni i jedni i drugi prema Turcima, eeeej!

inače, što se tiče ove liste, stvarno mi nije jasno šta će im taj tanker koji dežura? Da li pune AWACS iz njega, pošto dronove pretpostavljam da ne pune?

Turska propagadna masinerija siri lazi od Sirije do Grcke , poanta je samo jedna - beli medved suti i promatra ih , a Turcin se usrao jer ne zna kakve ce reakcije da budu na svo ovo njihovo sranje.
Ocigledno je da se Erdogan usrao od Rusa, zato i moli EU da mu pomogne pa cak ide do toga da ih ucenjuje, a Putin i dalje suti i gleda.
