The contractor has also increased its estimate for how many F-35s it will deliver in calendar 2024.
A Lockheed spokesperson said that at the end of June——before the delivery hold was lifted—the company had delivered 990 F-35s. By the end of September, that number had risen to 1,040. Now, it is above 1,060.
“We have delivered 60+ jets in three and a half months,” the spokesperson said. She added that while the original delivery estimate for calendar 2024 was 75-110 of the fighters, Lockheed is revising that figure upward to 90-110, “based on deliveries so far” this year. That would indicate deliveries of between 15 and 23 more jets per month by Dec. 31.

Da li neko ima info koliki domet ima novi AN/APG-85 radar za F-35?
( pitanje radi usporedbe sa radarom za SU-75 )

Podatci za novije generacije AESA su poverljivi tako da mrka kapa. Nemamo podatke ni za sadasnji APG-81 a kamoli za novi APG-85.
Za APG-81 se ranije provlacilo na netu neke predpostavke o 150+ km za metu rcs 1m2. Sa TR3 dobijaju potpuno novi hardver/procesor sa 25 puta vise snage da podrzi Block4 softver i APG-85 tako da ko zna sta ce izvuci.

Lockheed Martin begins production of upgraded F-35 fighter jets for US and allied forces
Citat:On November 22, 2024, the United States Department of Defense awarded Lockheed Martin a $869,947,066 contract to procure long-lead materials, parts, components, and associated support for the production of F-35 stealth fighters under Lot 20.
These aircraft, which will feature the Technology Refresh 3 (TR-3) upgrade, are intended for the US Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps, as well as international customers through the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program and other partner agreements.
