Citat:Abstract: During the flight of the J-22 aircraft, No. 25207,on VIPER 633-41engine, ser. No. 6332180Y occurred unstable operation and flame in the exhaust pipe due to the rapid gunning of the engine from the regime 75% to 100% revolutions per minute (RPM), in the stage of the sharp forced turn. After moving the throttle to the position of RPM descrease, the engine parameteres stabilized and did not exceed the permissable limits.Repeated gunning of the engine resulted in repeated occurrence of irregular operation of the engine. Based on the technical finding of the failure, additional inspections and testings of the engine were performed at the test cell in order to determine the cause of failure and to define a proposal of actions for service of VIPER 632/633 engine. The paper „Analysis of cause of failure of VIPER 633-41 engine of J-22 ORAO aircraft due to irregular regulation of basic operating parameters of the engine in service, and degradation of physical and mechanical characteristics of turbojet engine rubber components“ shows a detailed algorithm for determining causes of the failure. Based on the carried out inspections and testings, actions for increasing safety of operating use of turbojet VIPER 632/633 engines were defined.

Pa, vidite .... TBO (time before overhaul) moze da bude 1,000-10,000 sati! Sve zavisi od mlaznog motora, koliko je opterecen, pod kojim temperaturama funkcionise i sta proizvodjac zahteva. Komercijalni mlazni motori za civilne putnicke avione su blize 10,000 sati ...vojni mlaznjaci su blize 1,000 sati! Ruje su notorne u tome da njihovi vojni motori imaju kratak operativni period pre remonta.
Ali dobra stvar sa mlaznim motorima je da ako se remont uradi kako treba - taj mlazni motor u sustini postaje k'o nov i "vozi se" dalje dok remont ne uoci neke strukturalne probleme - npr. pukotine u kucistu, itd. - npr. zbog efekta zamorenosti metala ("metal fatigue") gde menjati kuciste nema smisla. Rotacioni komponenti koji su mnogo vise optereceni i pate od zamorenosti metala (primarno zbog "cyclic load fatigue") se lako mogu promeniti ...i opet se ima "k'i nov" motor.
Ja se nisam oglasio na specificno pitanje ...jer jednostavno ne znam tacno za taj motor. Ako bi trebao da pogadjam rek'o bih otprilike 2,000-3,000 operativnih sati je TBO period ...jer ipak ti motori nisu bili bas toliko optereceni ili radili pod super visokim temperaturama sagorevanja.
Nadao sam se da neko iz Mome ili iz Bijeljine je na ovom forumu ..i mogao bi da kaze tacnu cifru.

Od jednog clana foruma dobio sam info da je vek upotrebe motora na Orlu 2800h, a medjuremontni ciklus 700h.
Po meni, to je odlican rezultat za vreme u kome je motor projektovan i proizveden. Pa cak i danas bi se Kinezi dicili ovim rezultatom.

Dobro - ali ja bih pitao sta je razlog za 2800 sati kao zivotni vek? Ja mogu da verujem da je to tacno za prvu verziju Vipera koja je trebala da bude za upotrebu sa dronovima - dakle sa niskim kvalitetom materijala da bi bio sto jeftiniji - ali ne sa verzijama posle toga.

Ako je medjuremontni rok motora 700 sati da li je uobicajeno da se prilikom remonta zmaja,u stvari letelice u avion ugradjuju sveze remontovani motori ili motori sa ostatkom resursa?
S obzirom da je medjuremontni rok zmaja 1000 sati
Evo na primer 528 prvi put javno u letu vidjen 2012 na aeromitingu jos uvek u toku remonta(neofarban) nakon predaje jedinici nije se nesto naleteo,zadnje mozda skoro i tri godine stoji bez motora,"ceka ih" kako cuh na jednom otvorenom danu gde je bio izlozen

OK ...receno na nacin koji uliva poverenje. Neko koji je projektovao te motore sigurno zna bolje zasto je ogranicen na 3 remonta ...i onda fajront. Samo se nadam da to nije samo "komercijalni" razlog - nego ima neki tehnicki rezon povezan za to ogranicenje od 2800 sati.
