WS-13 se ne ocekuje pre 2017-2018e, sta je ocigledno iz toga da kazu da ce izvoz ici tek u to vreme.

sir pshamim said that practically speaking the ws13 might never be used for paf -- as its difficult to maintain 2 versions of engines for jft .. so different varients of rd93 might be used --- there were also reports that apart from the first small batch of engines , the newer ones were tweaked for better performance.. if not by the russian , then by the chinese --- there was also some talk that afterwards the first engines were also tweaked

however we dont know to what extent that 'tweak' was done --the thrust to wt ratio of jft >1 its been confirmed at different airshows by different pilots including the pilot who died- he confirmed it at fanborough as 1.10 to tempest 11 ---

some of the outdated data was shockingly improved in the dubai airshow presentation slides
[which is still outdated on the official sites]

i think that another deal of jft engines has been struck e russia however i cant confirm it

Tweak was probable done by Klimov. It was advertising 100kN version, I saw poster some time ago. It would be nice if Pakistan and Klimov try to work out VK-10 engine (Klimov new engine for 5gen fighter, similar dimensions as RD-93 but more thrust especailly dry thrust, it development was frozen in 1990s).

May I make a few remarks?
Nothing offensive!

This part is not so true because, to keep discussion as objective as possible he is missing very important element called "lift to drag ratio"

Judging by the data, it looks like Sukohi would be the worse WVR fighter of the bunch, but is he?
If you for example compare F-15 and SU-27, on the paper F-15 has equal or better thrust to weight ratio, with much better wing loading, making it better dog fighter.
In reality it`s another way around, because you must put lift to drag ratio in to equation!
With SU-27 or better with SU-30MKI, not only wings make lift, but also LERX, canards and lifting body surfaces, and this plane has also low drag coefficient in turn.

That gives something like this:



At 4:34 you can see he`s doing 360° sustained turn in about 14 seconds Shocked . In another words, he has approximately 25°/s sustained turn rate at low altitude. I call this incredible for a fighter with very poor wing loading Wink
He is also not presenting data concerning nose pointing capability, high AOA capability and I am not even taking thrust vector control into account with MKI!

So I think it`s a little bit more complicated than he is suggesting Ziveli

Brothers, there have been fresh rumors about JF-17 and its weapons. I am not sure if they are true but rumors from certain sources have proved to be true in the past.

1. All SD-10A missiles will be upgraded to SD-10B standard
2. PAF has also received some SD-10B
3. Additional SD-10B will be delivered after PLAAF receives them
4. SD-10B version has key R&D inputs from PAF
5. Block-II will receive a new radar, and all earlier versions will be upgraded with this new radar. Current radar may not be able to support SD-10B which PAF has decided to use as standard weapon.
6. New radar willmay be equipped with a rotating plate(Swash plate) Could it be an AESA similar to Sweedish Gripen NG radar
7. The new radar will be a true and completely multi-functional
8. Small Diameter Bombs are being tested by FC-1 06 for use on JF-17 currently
9. PAC Kamra is expanding and will be able to meet maximum production
