AMI also uses following weapons:
BL755 dispensers, GBU-16 LGBs, Orpheus recce pod, retarded Mk82 Snakeyes, Litening guidance pod, Marte AShMs.
I also got a photo of AMX with the new IRIS-T AAM on the wingtips. I am not sure whether the Marte AShM only applies for AMX-T or even singleseaters are cleared to use the weapon.
On the sales air shows, AMX is often displayed with a varienty of French-made weapons, some of them identified as follows:
AM39 Exocet AShM, P-DLCT or TC-CLDP (Combined Laser Designator Pod) by Thales Optronique, BGL 400kg LGBs, MATRA R550 Magic II
Brazilian AMXs use a wide variety of almost unheard exotic dumb weapons, here few of them:
BEX-11 concrete bombs, BFA retarded bombs, BFG-920 bombs, BINC-200 bombs, BLG-252 bombs, BLG-120 submunition containers, BRD and BEX-11,
BAPI anti runway bombs, GESPI pod, MAA-1 AAM, MAR-1 antiradar missile, CTA anti-radar missile, Recce-Lite pod, SBAT-70 rocket launcher
As for the radar, I think Italian Grifo is A-A capable, finally, a derivative of this radar is used on Pakistani F-7PG interceptors. AFAIK, just like Czech L-159A ALCA, Italian AMX also has a limited AMRAAM capability, athough pretty impractical and never used. Some cutaway drawings of AMXs show something closely resembling an ELTA EL/M-2001B radar (the same IAI Kfir has) installed in the nose but I failed to have this confirmed elsewhere. My theory is that the machines with small black nose tip have the mentioned ELTA radar, while only those with large black radome have the FIAR Grifo installed.
Brazilian AMXs used SCP-01 Scipio radar, which looks like a domestic model having a twist Cassegrain type of antenna. Again, two types of A-1s can be observed in service with FAB, one small black nose tip (EL/M-2001B?) and one with a large black radome (SCP-01?)
