No. 82 Wing Training Flight fighter pilot, Squadron Leader Daniel Grealy, has piloted 4,000 flying hours on F/A-18 aircraft, with Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) identifying Squadron Leader Daniel Grealy as being the first RAAF fighter jet pilot recognised for this milestone.
The milestone was achieved on May 23 at RAAF Base Amberley, with Squadron Leader Grealy having accrued 1,500 hours on F/A-18A/B Hornet and 2,500 hours on F/A-18F Super Hornet to date.
