Itekako opasna .`Kinzhal` je kvazi-balisticka hiperzvucna raketa izradjena na bazi poznatog Iskandera sa maks brzinom po navodima 10 M .
Recimo i ovo ,Kinezi su uveli u naoruzanje veliku i tesku PB -balisticku raketu tipa DF-21D maks brzine navodno upravo 10M i maks daljine dejstva oko 1800km ,pazimo sta pisu u vezi nje:

Kinetic defenses against the DF-21D would be difficult. The Navy's primary ballistic missile interceptor, the SM-3, would not be effective since it is designed to intercept missiles in the mid-course phase in space, so it would have to be launched almost immediately to hit before reentry or from an Aegis ship positioned under its flight path. The SM-2 Block 4 can intercept missiles reentering the atmosphere, but the warhead will be performing high-G maneuvers that may complicate interception.Use of such missile has been said by some experts to potentially lead to nuclear exchange, regional arms races with India and Japan, and the end of the INF Treaty between the United States and the Soviet Union, to which the People's Republic of China is not a party.In late 2013, a Russian Military Analysis report of the DF-21D concluded that the only way to successfully counter it would be through electronic countermeasures. Conventional interceptions of high-speed objectives have worked in the past, with the Russian report citing the 2008 interception of a malfunctioning satellite by a U.S. cruiser, but in that situation the warship had extensive knowledge of its location and trajectory. Against an attack from the Mach 10 DF-21D without knowing the missile's launch point, the U.S. Navy's only way to evade it would be through electronic countermeasures.
China has recently launched a series of satellites to support its ASBM efforts:

China is reported to be working on an Over-the-horizon radar to locate the targets for the ASBM.[29] An apparent test of the missile was made against a target in the Gobi desert in January 2013.

According to a Congressional Research Service report dated July 31, 2014,the lack of a test target simulating the Chinese DF-21 ASBM is highlighted.
A threat representative Anti-Ship Ballistic Missile (ASBM) target for operational open-air testing has become an immediate test resource need. China is fielding the DF-21D ASBM, which threatens U.S. and allied surface warships in the Western Pacific. While the Missile Defense Agency has exo-atmospheric targets in development, no program currently exists for an endo-atmospheric target. The endo-atmospheric ASBM target is the Navy’s responsibility, but it is not currently budgeted. The Missile Defense Agency estimates the non-recurring expense to develop the exo-atmospheric target was $30 million with each target costing an additional $30 million; the endo-atmospheric target will be more expensive to produce according to missile defense analysts. Numerous Navy acquisition programs will require an ASBM surrogate in the coming years, although a limited number of targets (3-5) may be sufficient to validate analytical models
The December 2012 report from DOT&E (i.e., DOT&E’s annual report for FY2012) did not further discuss this issue; a January 21, 2013, press report stated that this is because the details of the issue are classified.
According to Roger Cliff, a senior political scientist at the RAND Corporation, while the SM-3 would have limited effectiveness against Anti-ship ballistic missiles (ASBMs), the U.S. arsenal has a "variety of potential countermeasures" and the "kill chain" of for example a potential DF-21D attack would be so "complicated" that it would provide a "number of opportunities to defeat the attack". He also stated that unless one country integrates an "entire system of systems" to make this work, the missile itself would be pretty "useless".

Vidimo da sa maks brzinom 10M, `Kiznhal` moze biti opasan protivnik americkoj borbenoj grupi NA.Ako ovom dodamo mogucnost manevrisanja same rakete ,te zasigurno aktivnost sistema za PE-dejstva i mere a koje recimo ima cuvena teska PB-raketa P-700 `Granit` onda je to jos veci `plus` za ovu novu raketu moguce strateske( oper.-takticke ) namene .

Тренировка прошла в условиях пришедшего на полуостров снежного циклона. Летчикам пришлось отрабатывать взлет, посадку, а также взаимодействие в группах по приборам в условиях ограниченной видимости. За ходом полетов следили опытные инструкторы.
