Tajlandski Gripeni deklasirali kineske Su-27SK u zajedničkoj vežbi.

Under these conditions, Gripens managed to achieve a total of 41 "shootings", while Chinese pilots Su-27SK - nine. From this, during simulated battles at distances of 50 km or more, Gripen pilots obtained 10 shots, while Su-27 zero. Western fighters achieved the greatest effectiveness over distances of 30 km or more, when they managed to reach 88 percent. all shootings. The Chinese at this distance reached only 14 percent.

Наравно да се J-10C налази у оперативној употреби РВ НР Кине. А ни Ј-10В није толико лошији.
