Fina cifra ,postavlja se pitanje sta je sa tih dodatnih 16 z MKA a Alzir ,navodno otkazana nabavka ?

Kad se tom broju dodaju i ovi proizvedeni u KnAAPO/KnAAZ ( MK/MK2 ) onda je to zavidan kontigent .

Treba imati na umu i oko 800 serijski proizvedenih Su-27 ( P/S/SM3 i UB ) .

Ma bice kat tad jos za Alzir. Imaju i dalje puno MIG-29, Su-24, treba to menjati...

Interesantno je da ugovor o dodatnih 16 MKA potipisan jos aprila 2010g

Izgleda da je i sa MKA bilo `afera` ( od 2012g )

Citat:Algeria is demanding an explanation from Russia fir the high-level of Israeli avionics in its 1st aircraft, delivered in 2007. The AAF is alarmed that the main mission computer, the nerve centre of the Su-30MKA has been heavily influenced by Israeli technologies & interfaces into an Israel aerospace industries Elta EL/M-8222 EW system & Elbit Systems SU967 HUD.

Real concerns have been raised that the new generation flanker's avionics could become a target of cyber warfare from the Jewish state in the event of hostilities. Algeria has no test or evaluation unit & took Russia's word that there was no Israeli equipment on the aircraft.

Unlike the Su-30MKM delivered to the Royal Malaysian Air Force, Algeria did not customize their Su-30MKAs to their own specifications, preferring to opt for the Su-30MKI systems that include French, Israeli, Russian & Indian avionics.
There are far-reaching consequences with this discovery, because Algeria is now raising questions about the level of Israeli systems integrated into its newly purchased satellite systems, acquired from Istrium & also many other of its military systems.

Algeria already has a track record of withdrawing from use platforms with Israeli equipment & then abandoning further dealings with the relevant manufacturer. 2 VIP Eurocopter EC225 helicopters, "7T-WVA" & "7T-WVB" were retired, some 4 years after receiving them, when they were discovered to have Elbit avionics. They are now up for sale.

The MiG-29 fiasco in may 2007 resulted in Algeria returning to Russia 15 jets & subsequently canceling the deal, claiming they were of inferior quality. The 2 countries settled their differences & a deal for 28 Su-30MKAs was agreed instead. With deliveries between 2007 & 2009.

Against this background, the future is unclear for the Su-30MKA & other Russian deals with Algeria, including the 16 Yakovlev Yak-130. If Algeria decides to cut off ties with Russia over this latest issue, the Russian air force could face major repercussions in its re-equipment plans, as much of the financing of this comes from export orders. Algeria could now start a new fighter competition for up to 60 aircraft - excluding Russian built machines.

The two African nations will receive different models of the Su-30 Flanker fighters. Algiers will receive 16 Su-30-MKI(A)s. Russia will supply Su-30 Flanker fighters and Yak-130 Mitten trainer/light attack jets to Algeria in 2011. Russia's Irkut aircraft building corporation agreed to supply 16 Yak-130 trainer/light attack jets to Algeria.

Sa 2 minuta guglanja nadjes sta je ugradjeno u MKI prica za malu decu. Islam-Jevreji i ostalo... Glupost na vise nivoa...

Da ,gledao sam malo to ,`suplja prica` moguce no opet mi cudno da ni nakon 4 godine nema ni traga ni glasa od tih 16 aviona ... Ugovor odradjen u paketu sa ugandskim ,njima isporuceno 6 komada a ovih alzirskih 16 jos nema ...

Algeria has filed a request with Russia's Rosoboronexport arms agency for a further batch of 14-16 Sukhoi Su-30MKA multirole fighters, while also demanding that Moscow compensate it for an initial $250 million payment linked to its cancelled $1.3 billion deal for 36 RSK MiG-29s.

Ordered in March 2006 under an $8 billion sale also covering the supply of 28 Su-30MKAs worth $2.5 billion and 16 Yakovlev Yak-130A trainers, the MiG-29 deal collapsed after Algeria said its first 12 MiG-29SMT single-seat fighters and three MiG-29UBT two-seat operational trainers failed to meet contractual specifications. Russia agreed in February that the aircraft could be returned to their manufacturer, but a financial settlement has yet to be finalised.

Algeria has received six Su-30MKAs since mid-2007, with another four to arrive by the end of May and six more to follow in December 2008. "If the contract for the additional batch gets signed, deliveries can start in 2011, after completion of deliveries on the initial contract in 2010", says NPK Irkut president Oleg Demchenko.

Pretpostavljam da se u devedesetim godinama prijašnog veka strana avionika umetala u Su-30 jer je ruska kvalitetom stagnirala ali su Rusi kasnije taj zaostatak nadoknadili, pa prema tome ne vidim problema za Alžirce. Mogu naručit Su-30 sa avionikom Su-35 ili još bolje naručiti avion Su-35. Neznam u ćemu je problem?

Тих додатних 16 МКА за Алжир сасвим сигурно није испоручено. Дакле погрешна је цифра од 406 авиона.
