Manje je u svetu isporučeno Jak-ova 130, ne 179 već 141. Rusija 95 (109 naručeno), Alžir 16, Bangladeš 16, Belorusija 8 (naručeno još 4) i Mjanmar 6 (naručeno još 6).

S tim što Libiji nije isporučeno 6 Jak-130 zbog građanskog rata a iz istog razloga Sirija nije dobila 36 naručenih aviona.

Citat:The South Korean Air Force is considering equipping its indigenous FA-50 light-attack aircraft with the Taurus 350K-2 missile, a shorter version of the Taurus 350K, as part of the FA-50 modernization efforts. The service operates 60 FA-50 jets.

The 350K-2 is known to weigh 300 kilograms less than the original version and have a hitting range of 300 kilometers.

In December, the service commissioned the six-month feasibility study of the FA-50 modernization plan to a Seoul-based defense institute. The modernization plan includes armament upgrades, air-refueling capability and engine improvements, according to Air Force officials.

Citat:Pilots from the 7th Tactical Fighter Squadron "Bulldogs" and the 105th Fighter Training Squadrons "Blackjacks" flew a total of 61 hours in 29 sorties utilizing the FA-50PH and S-211 aircraft for the three-day exercise, which culminated with a tactical demonstration flight for the Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, Lieutenant General Galileo Gerard R Kintanar Jr AFP, aboard the FA-50PH Fighting Eagle.

Participants of the exercise were organized into two: red defensive forces and blue offensive forces with the 580th Aircraft Control and Warning Wing and Philippine Air Defense Control Center as controlling agencies.

For this year’s iteration, the 7th TFS Fighting Eagles acted as the blue force while the 105th FTS S-211 provided assets for the notional "red country."

A total of five scenarios were conducted for the three-day exercise involving Suppression of Enemy Air Defense, Tactical Air Intercept, and Combat Air Patrol missions.

At the end of the exercise, Lieutenant General Kintanar performed a tactical demonstration flight aboard the FA-50PH and broke the sound barrier at 40,000ft. Surface Attack and Air-to-Air Tactics were also flown to demonstrate the capabilities of the FA-50PH.

“The exercise was successful and an eye-opener...We were able to identify capability gaps that we can build on. We will continue to conduct this exercise to enhance and strengthen our air defense competencies towards the future" said the Wing Commander, Colonel Fabian M Pedregosa PAF (GSC).
