LEBANON REQUESTS 18 HUEY IIS
The US State Department has approved a
Foreign Military Sale to the Government
of Lebanon for 18 Huey IIs and associated
equipment, parts, training and logistical support
for an estimated cost of $180 million. The sale will
enable Lebanon to meet present and future internal
and border security threats, evacuations, search
and rescue, and drug interdiction operations and
replace its aging fleet of UH-1H fleet.
SAD-e odobrio prodaju 18 Huey IIs Libanonu ,također i opremu,djelove,trening i logističku potporu za približno 180 miliona $,što će Libanonu omogučiti bolje osiguranje granice,motrenje i spašavanje te zamjenu zastarjele UH-1H flote.
