Die Panzer sollen dem Vernehmen nach in den Jahren 2027 bis 2030 zulaufen, wobei 70 Exemplare zur Auslieferung in den letzten beiden Vertragsjahren vorgesehen sind. Die Kosten für die 105 Panzer werden auf rund 2,053 Milliarden Euro beziffert. Dazu kommt eine sogenannte „Verfügbarkeitsgewährleistung inkl. Zubehör / Änderungsvertrag“ im Wert von 883 Millionen Euro.

😍 in case all this is not enough, a new MTU/ Renk hybrid drive power pack will increase combat range, reduce emissions and allow for quieter movement
😍 Overall, the ARC’s attributes aim to restore the primacy of the MBT. The attached video shows that it is not a wooden concept but a working full metal prototype.
😍 While KNDS Germany has been developing the ARC, our French colleagues have been working on vehicle electronic systems and new weapons. The 140 mm Ascalon gun, is a triumph of packaging.
