Optužen je da je bio pripadnik VIJETKONG-a. Nije dokazano. Presudjeno mu je od strane generala, ne podleže žalbi, jer se carska i generalska ne poriče.
General je kasnije lepo prodavao pice, zaštićen u zemlji reda, poretka i demokratije kao beli medved.
