DARKMEN22 ::ray ban11 ::O gubicima u sastavu IAF ( jeste da je forumski i da su 29-ku prozvali `Flying coffin` sto uopste nije ,dobro ide sa prijateljske komsijske strane ) ali ima nekih realnih i zanimljivih cinjenica o uzrocima ,kao i ostale info .

moram dodati nesto mozda ce zvucati ruzno ali na osnovu mog iskustva sa indijcima kao radnicima upravo sam se pitao pa ko bre njima vozi te sve avione ko leti u njima... ovde su (Avganistan) angazovani kao pomocni radnici preko kompanija koje rade kao podugovaraci za moju firmu koja je nosilac ugovora americke vlade za projekt LOGCAP 5 ... ti ljudi su toliko nezainteresovani nemogu se fokusirati na nesto ni 15 minuta ne posjeduju nikakvu inicijativu bukvalno moras konstatno govoriti sta hoces da urade (pomakni to, dodaj mi ovo, pritisni tu) ... i ja imam dvoicu koji su mi dodijeljeni kao pomoc ali sam davno odustao od pokusaja da bilo kakav slozeniji posao radim sa njima jer kako da se fokusiras na nesto ako ces konstantno morati govoriti sta da urade gde da stanu kad da se pomaknu i slicno... radio sam i u Mumbaiju ili Bombaju kako li ga vec zovu oko tri mjeseca na montazi opreme u VolksWagen-ovoj fabrici auta sta smo sve tu tek vidjeli ne mogu ni opisati... zato me broj nesreca uopste ne cudi
Ipak piloti i mehanićari dolaze od jako strogog odabira. Dok si ti imao posla sa civilima. Da su opušteniji od nas Evropljana ili od Kineza to jesu. Za cigane kažu da su podretlom iz Indije?
Svuda se neuki ljudi teško snalaze, dok njima objasniš što treba da rade več si sam završio posao, pa se onda ne trudiš više ni objašnjavati nego ih steraš sve u 3... Nema danas više posla za neuke i nestručne ljude i obićna čistačica mora da ovlada tehnologiju čišćenja, upotrebu različitih detergenata, neke strojeve za čiščenje...Više je to krivnja vođa jer zaposluju ljude koji su nekompetentni sve da bi nešto usićarili.

Finmeccanica appoints CEO after India suspends deal

Да и онда изађе командант РВ Индије и каже да то није истина. Иначе је човек летео све варијанте МиГ-21 у индијском РВ.

Verovatno se uželeli leteti na boljim avionima pa kukaju. Dobro i redovito održavan Mig-21 u okviru resursa sasvim je bezbedan avion. Pogotovo ako su promenjena sedišta sa novijim modelom.
