Luka, pitanje oko Junkersa Ju 52...

Pratt gets engine order from Yugoslav airline
EAST HARTFORD, Conn. -- Pratt & Whitney announced Thursday it received a jet engine order from Jugoslovenski Aerotransport, Yugoslavia's JAT government-owned air carrier, worth a potential $152 million.
JAT ordered the PW4000 engines to power up to five McDonnell Douglas MD-11 aircraft.
Pratt, a division of United Technologies Corp. of Hartford, Conn., will supply JAT with 11 PW4460 engines, including spares, worth about $87 million for the aircraft on firm order.
Until this latest order, all of JAT's wide-body aircraft were powered by General Electric engines. GE Co. is based in Fairfield, Conn.
The value of the engine order would be increased by $65 million for an additional eight engines, including spares, for the two aircraft on option, Pratt officials said.
Deliveries of the aircraft to JAT are scheduled to begin in 1991.
JAT plans to use th MD-11s on routes between Yugoslavia and the United States and on Asian routes.
