Sad je valjda jasno to što sam ja tvrdio odavno, da neće imati švicarci u buduće dva lovca. Ovaj koji nabave zameniće F-5 i F-18 zajedno.

Vrlo su blizu da se odluče za F-35.Ponajviše zbog mogućnosti vertikalnog poletanja/sletanja.
A i zgodan im je,jer je mali.
Odradiće niz komponenti za isti(već ih rade) i to je to.
Inače,vojska za svako poštovanje(o državi da ne govorim-kakva država,takva i vojska)...

Swiss soldiers have occasionally referred to the base on social media and have been asked to delete their mention. As a senior Swiss officer told Defense News on March 27, the name and location of the base are classified information.
That air base may evoke a James Bond film, but the Swiss Armed Forces operate the site as part of its national air defense, which is entering a characteristically large modernization drive.

Pored nje Strsljenovi su bazirani i u AB Meiringen ,ranije bili u Dubendorfu u neposrednoj blizini aerodroma Kloten pored Ciriha .

Nikada Horneti nisu bili u Dubendorfu, koliko ja znam. Samo Meiringen i Payerne. U Dubendorfu si bili F-5E/F nekada davno, a pre toga Mirazi III i Hunteri.

Ove godine povlace polovinu F-5,traze i kupce za njih,a izgleda mi da su neke i prodali.
Switzerland plans to retire 27 F-5s this year
