zixo ::Gledao sam EF-2000 u Celtvegu i moram reci da ima veliku brzinu penjanja, odlicnu agilnost i manevarbilnost. Itekako moze da dobije Su-30 u dog fajtu, pa i one verzije sa TVC.
Naravno da ef2000 u odredjenim okolnostima moze da dobije cak i MKI u bliskoj vazdusnoj borbi, ali iskreno mislim da je to pre izuzetak nego pravilo.

A number of close-in combat simulations were
performed between X31 and F18 during the EFM
program, with the following results (Neutral start):
91% X31 wins, 3% F18 wins, 6% Neutral
As a reference, similar simulations were performed, but
this time the X31 was AoA-limited so that no Post-Stall
was entered, the results were:
18% X31 wins, 46% F18 wins, 36% Neutral
As a conclusion, the X31 is, in conventional flight,
inferior to F18 from the close-in combat point of view,
however the introduction of Post-Stall induces an
advantage which not only compensates but also
outweighs the baseline inferiority.
Ovaj podatak je frapantan iz jednog prostog razloga. . .avion koji ima losiji odnos potiska i mase losije ubrzanje, penjanje, losiji energy recovery, (verovatno losije ustaljene i neustaljene zaokrete) je upotrebom TVC u stanju ne samo da kompenzuje sve te nedostatke, vec i da ostvari odnos pobeda u svoju korist od 9 : 1!
TVC takodje, ali u nesto manjoj meri, doprinosi poboljsanju ustaljenog zaokreta, povecanju koeficijenta uzgona i smanjenju vazdusnog otpora sto je opet znacajno u zaokretu.
Znamo da se najveca ugaona brzina u zaokretu ne postize pri max G opterecenju, a takodje je jasno da se najmanji radijus zaokreta pravi pri daleko manjim G silama. Snaga bez kontrole nije toliko korisna, a TVC stavlja tu neophodnu kontrolu na visi nivo.
Ono sto je takodje od presudne vaznosti pri upotrebi TVC je svakako obucenost pilota, jer ne adekvatno koristenje vektora mlaza moze dovesti pilota i avion u ne zavidan polozaj. Dakle obuka pilota mora da se stavi na visi nivo, odnosno na nivo testnih pilota.
