A rocket ship "Dagestan" raised flag of St. Andrew!
Today in Makhachkala ceremony lifting ensign of a rocket ship "Dagestan". The second missile ship project 11661K officially entered the Caspian Flotilla.
Patrol ship SKR-201 (serial number 952) was built at Zelenodolsk plant named after M. Gorky project 11661 but after the collapse of the Soviet Union, its construction was frozen.
In the middle of the two thousandth ship was reclassified to the missile and its construction has been continued by the adjusted project 11661K. April 1, 2011 missile ship "Dagestan" was launched.
Having made the transition by inland waterways, 25 September 2011, the ship arrived at the Black Sea for passing the test. But in October, in Novorossiysk "Dagestan" was damaged in the storm, and the start of trial was postponed. The ship was put into dock Novorossiysk Shipyard to eliminate accidental damage.
Sea trials began in the spring of 2012. In May, "Dagestan" first performed rocket fire on surface targets. Completing the first phase of testing, the ship on inland waterways crossed the Caspian Sea, where he completed a missile firing at ground targets.
After completion of missile firings "Dagestan" returned to Astrakhan, where he took part in the parade in honor of the Navy:
In September missile ship "Dagestan" took part in the strategic command-staff exercises "Caucasus-2012". This was the final stage of testing the ship before its adoption in the Navy. "Dagestan" arrived at its permanent home in Makhachkala, and began preparing for the flag raising.
The ceremony of raising the ensign was attended by President of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov, the commander of the Caspian Flotilla Rear Admiral Sergei Alekminsky, General Director of JSC "Holding Company" Ak Bars "Ivan Egorov, General Director of JSC" Zelenodolsk plant named after AM Gorky "Renat Mistahov.

Команда руске Ратне морнарице планира да 2020 године пређе на серијску изградњу самосталних подводних беспилотних летелица, као и морских робота, саопштио је новинарима шеф руске морнарице, адмирал Виктор Чирков.
Према речима Чиркова, у другој фази развоја (2021 до 2030 године), очекује се да се заврши израда возила, чије ће оружје бити засновано на новим физичким принципима.
Чирком је, такође, казао и да ће серијска производња стратешких нуклеарних подморница пете генерације у Русији започети након 2030 године.

Rusija ima jos ratnih brodica ali ne u okviru Mornarice.
