Ma kakvi Nešo ti si dao i ubedljivo najbolji pregled meta.
Kod njih je malo *rasulo* rujke imaju pravi buljuk tih meta a i sami se non stop žale na njih.
Naime u poslednjih 6 meseci se sve ćešće čuju glasovi da se mete trebaju nekako standardizovati po ciljevima.
Problemi u tom smislu su višestruki, jer za istu metu se nađe više različitih kompleksa za lansiranje pa onda unutar toga opet ima različitih trajektorija pa to ima smisla ali malo više troši pare. Opet sa druge strane uglavnom su različite trajektorije a na taj način se iskorišćavaju stare rakete što je opet jako dobro finansijski.
Tako da ti je pregeled dobar, zapravo vrlo dobar jer su glavne mete odlično navedene.
Od još uvek često gađanih meta sada nedostaje samo *drugi* Striž ili kako se već zove, stari BPL sa raketnim lansiranjem iz velikih cevnih lansera sa kamiona.
Inače pri najtemeljnijim gađanjima se kao cilj još uvek (solo) javlja i MiG-21 radiokomandno vođen i klasične avionske bombe (solo i u parovima).
O toj novoj meti koja imitira male BPL-ove još nema detalja.
Neki sistemi koji su spremni za korišćenje izgleda da još nisu u punom pogonu jer izgleda ima veliki broj starijih raketa. Na primer razvijen je sistem meta od Kubovih raketa ali ga ga nešto nisam primetio da se mnogo koristi.
Ovog leta se dosta radilo na, da kažem promociji, da Pancirova raketa (verovatno predserije iz dva različita predserijska oblika pa zatim stariji tip rakete, nakupi se sigurno nekoliko stotina kandidata) bude i meta i to je suštinski dosta dobro prošlo u očima nadređenih ma kako Koncern to ismejavao.
Koliko god to bilo izloženo kritici po mnogim mišljenjima to može d abude i najpribližnija meta klasičnom HARM-u. Ali samo klasičnom ne i o vom novom.

Russia to arm Warships with Pantsir Air Defense System
MOSCOW, September 11 (RIA Novosti) – A naval variant of the Pantsir short-range air defense system will enter service with the Russian Navy in about two years, one of the system’s developers said Wednesday.
“The Defense Ministry showed great interest in the naval variant of the Pantsir. It has been decided that several destroyers and other large warships will be modernized to accommodate the system,” said Dmitry Konoplev, managing director of the KBP Instrument Design Bureau.
“I think that it will be done in the near future, in the next year or two,” Konoplev said.
The ground version of the Pantsir is a combined gun-missile air defense system featuring a wheeled vehicle mounting a fire-control radar and electro-optical sensor, two 30-mm cannons and up to a dozen 57E6 radio-command-guided short-range missiles.
The system is designed to take on a variety of targets flying at low level, including cruise missiles and aircraft, and can effectively engage targets at up to 20 kilometers.
A maneuverable track-bearing variant is currently being developed by Russia’s High Precision Weapons corporation, to be put in service with the Russian Ground Forces and Airborne Troops in the near future.
Meanwhile, the High Precision Weapons corporation has started work on the development of a next-generation Pantsir system, expected to be completed in 2017.
“I think we will see a completely new Pantsir in about three years. Its technical characteristics will be absolutely superior to those that the existing system has,” the company’s general director, Alexander Denisov, told RIA Novosti.

The next-generation “Pantsyr” anti-aircraft missile and gun system will be available in 2017, according to Alexander Denisov, the general director of the holding company “High-Precision Systems”. The new Pantsyr will be modified for all branches of the Russian armed forces.
At a press conference, Alexander Denisov, “High-Precision Systems” CEO, and Dmitrii Konoplev, managing director of the Tula-based Instrument Design Bureau (part of the “High-Precision Systems” holding company) discussed plans to modernize the Pantsyr.
According to Alexander Denisov, there is no equivalent to the Panzer when it comes to premiere anti-aircraft missile and gun systems.
“I think that in three years will be a whole new Pantsyr with brand new features, far exceeding those that currently exist,” said Denisov.
He also noted that the holding’s experts are currently working on hypersound technology. “Results should be available in the next two to three years,” he said.
Alexander Denisov also emphasized that the Pantsyr would be modified to suit all branches of the Russian armed forces.
The Russian Ministry of Defense is very interested a naval application for the Pantsyr, according to Dmitrii Konoplev, managing director of the Instrument Design Bureau.
“Modernization is the theme of the day. The decision was made that an underwater Pantsyr would help modernize a number of destroyers and other large ships. Such work is ongoing. I think that a weapons contract could be reached in the near future, perhaps in the next year or two,” Konoplev said.
In addition, a modified version of the elite Panzer missile and gun system has been developed to run on tracks, per the interests of the Russian Army and Air Force.
“According to the plan, in the near future all of these products will be part of the military capabilities of the Russian army,” said Dmitrii Konoplev.
The Tula Instrument Engineering Design Bureau is developing the new Pantsyr. Its target range is from 200 meters to 20 kilometers and altitudes from 5 meters to 15 kilometers.
The Pantsyr can be used to defend civil and military facilities such as nuclear power plants, large enterprises, critical structures, etc.
The system will be able to search, detect, identify, target, lock, track, and fire at several targets while in either stationary or moving positions and in both manual and automatic modes.
“Instrument Design Bureau” is one of the leading project design organizations for Russia’s defense industry. Since 2008, IDB has been part of Rostekh and remains one of the main enterprises of the holding company “High-Precision Systems”. IDB has developed and put into mass production more than 150 models of weapons and other military equipment. Currently, the company is a noted research and production center, creating the most modern precision weapons. IDB has also developed more than 6,000 inventions in the process of pursuing its innovative technical solutions.
“High-Precision Systems” holding was created in 2009 to consolidate the scientific and technical potential of specialized companies in the development of advanced weapons, as well as military and other special technologies in the field of high-precision systems and armaments for tactical combat zones.

Предназначен для запуска и управления воздушной мишенью, имитирующей дозвуковые дистанционно пилотируемые летательные аппараты, крылатые ракеты, планирующие авиабомбы, вертолеты и самолеты штурмовой авиации.
