- Yes, from December 1, last year, the country's first over-the-horizon Radar “Container” was included in the VKS duty forces.
A separate radio engineering unit equipped with this radar has entered combat duty, daily it provides detection and tracking of about 10 thousand air targets, including combat and reconnaissance aircraft, long-range radar detection and control of different countries.
The capabilities of this station make it possible to detect airborne objects of various classes, including stealth-designed aircraft, helicopters, strategic unmanned aerial vehicles, cruise missiles, and hypersonic
aerial vehicles at the borders of up to two thousand kilometers from the state border of the Russian Federation over the territory of Western Europe, the Middle East region, the Persian Gulf, over the Baltic, Black and Mediterranean Seas.
A feature of the operation of this station is that due to the re-reflection of the radio signal from the ionosphere, the radar detects airborne objects beyond the horizon.
In the future, it is planned to create several more similar radars for horizon detection for monitoring the air and surface conditions in various directions.

Zajedno sa Mig-31 u odbrani Rusije sve dok B-21 ne postane operativan, nadam se da ce do tada i PAK-DP da se pojavi...pa ponovno u odbranu Rusije.
