Finland to Spend $15M on New Surveillance Drones Citat:The Finnish Defence Forces (FDF) has announced that it is looking for potential manufacturers of unmanned aerial systems to be used for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions.
Around 14 million euros ($15.2 million) will be allotted to procure 1,000 to 2,000 units of intelligence-gathering drones over two years.

Finland wins NATO cyber defense competition Citat:A team of cyber-defense professionals from Finland recently won an international competition involving dozens of squads, thousands of virtualized systems and “live-fire” digital attacks.
The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in an April 22 message crowned the Finnish crew the winner of Locked Shields 2022, the largest exercise of its kind. A joint Lithuania-Poland team secured second and an Estonia-Georgia team locked in third.

Finnish Navy completes upgrade of 4th and final Hamina-class FAC Citat:In mid-April, the Finnish Navy began sea trials of the fourth and final upgraded Hamina-class fast attack craft, "Pori".
The "Pori" will be recommissioned after completion of the initial trials, which are expected to last until the summer.
