European Border and Coast Guard: The Commission welcomes agreement on a standing corps of 10,000 border guards by 2027*

Citat:-- A standing corps of 10,000 border guards: A standing corps of 10,000 border guards will be set up by 2027 and will ensure that the Agency can support Member States whenever and wherever needed. The standing corps will bring together Agency staff as well as border guards and return experts seconded or deployed by Member States, who will support the over 100,000 national border guards in their tasks.

In addition, the Agency will have a budget to acquire its own equipment, such as vessels, planes and vehicles.

-- Executive powers: The standing corps will be able to carry out border control and return tasks, such as identity checks, authorising entry at the external borders, and carrying out borders' surveillance – only with the agreement of the host Member State.

-- More support on return: In addition to organising and financing joint return operations, the Agency will now also be able to support Member States at all stages of return process with Member States remaining responsible for taking return decisions. This support will include for example by identifying non-EU nationals with no right to stay or acquiring travel documents.

Na Strafor-u kažu, da:
- je 17.6.2019 EU dobila upozorenje od "a top Pentagon official", da USA ne prihvaćaj ogranićenja u vezi PESCO.
Prvo je, da je regulativa izvoza u rukama EU, i
druga da, američka firma koja radi u EU, dobi pare od PESCO nema pravo, da implementira rezultate u USA.

Iranski pitanje je pokrenulo E3 inicijativu. Ne znači da će zbog toga E3 opstati. Vidi OTAN. Uveden protiv cccp, danas postoji iz drugih razloga.

Vojska EU dok postoji NATO je obična sprdnja. Sem Francuske tu trenutno nema iole ozbiljne armije. Ovo što ima vojnih efektiva, debilno se gomila na istoku zarad izmšljenog hladnog rata i američkih interesa. Presipanje iz šupljeg u prazno. Slanje nemačkih i holandskih tenkova u Poljsku i pribaltičke republike i uzme se vajdica za remont. Nikakvog tu jačanja u evropskim okvirima nema. Još kad Tramp uzme 20-30 milijardi za plaćanje američkih baza (a izgleda da hoće), ostaće Evropi od armije "jedan što preko dva visi".

Ideja EU pa i evropske vojske (EU+) nije loša. Ogromni su tu resursi koji pravilno upotrebljeni mogu biti strateška sila ali ovako kako sada stvari stoje od toga nema ništa. Prvo bi u EU morali da skupe **da i da Ameru kažu da kupi prnje i ide kući da ne arči pare na isturene baze kad već kuka, da prekinu d*kanje sa Rusijom i da povećaju vojne budžete na magičnih 2%. Da reorganizuju namensku industriju da ne razvija svako svoj tenk i svako svoj avion po 40 godina i na kraju dobije skupo s*anje. Da se objedini planiranje i da se da svakom po deo kolača, pa čak i istoku, jer ima tu potencijala još iz vremena VU. Nisu npr. Česi baš naivna industrijska sila. Svakako jača od Belgiije, Portugala i sl. Za 10 godina takvog planiranja to bi mogla biti sila koju bi respektovali i Rusi i Amerikanci i Kinezi.
Ali mi deluje da će nastaviti ovako dok se sve ne raspadne, jer je mnogo lakše nag*ziti se Ameru, glavu u pesak i primaj masnu birokratsku platicu u Briselu.

^ Svako podvajanje vojnih organizacija samo slabi obe organizacije jer ono što bi išlo u primarni deo (naoružanje i logistika) pojede administracija. Tu treba Trump jaće da pritisne. Nema podvajanja dok u okviru NATO ne troše 2% od BDP. Kad to dostignu nek podvajaju i druge troškove usmeravaju gde oće.
