12 of retired UK’s C-130 Hercules aircraft may go to Turkey
Citat:Ankara is once again strengthening Turkey’s air force, this time by eyeing military transport aircraft. Reports from various sources, ranging from England to the Balkans, suggest that Ankara plans to acquire 12 out of the 14 retired British C-130J Hercules, which were long-serving members of the RAF fleet. However, this information has yet to be officially confirmed.

Marshall completes C-130 navigation work for Austrian Air Force
Citat:Marshall of Cambridge Aerospace has completed navigational life-extension work on the Austrian Air Force's (AAF's) fleet of three Lockheed Martin C-130K aircraft.
The final aircraft to receive the modifications departed Marshall's Cambridge headquarters on 30 August, following a visit by the Austrian ambassador to the United Kingdom.
The three former RAF C-130Ks will be replaced from 2027 by four Embraer C-390 Millennium transport aircraft.

TACAMO E-130J
Citat:On 21 October 2024, the US Navy announced that the mission aircraft selected for the Take Charge and Move Out (TACAMO) role will be named E-130J.

The E-130J is based on the Lockheed Martin C-130J-30 Super Hercules. The new aircraft will replace the Navy’s E-6B Mercury fleet of the TACAMO mission. The common name, like Mercury, has not been selected yet.
