Not in JNA, just visiting Yugoslavia...
Where did You find this photo? There is no date, also not any data in the photo properties... The year 1968 mentioned in the text is just the year when she received her first decoration...

This is actually the visit of ex-fighter Nguen Ti Tam from the Vietnam National Liberation Front.
She was a guest of the Alliance of Youth of Yugoslavia. Then she visited one of the barracks of the Yugoslav People's Army where she recounted her experiences from the war.
In her honor, they gave her a soldier's hat, and she donated a National Liberation Front badge to an officer

She was not ex-fighter at the time, she returned to home front from this visit.
This was a visit during the war.

Sekretar saw what we missed... The second photo in Your initial post shows the line ''S fronta pravo u - Front'' (From the frontline, into the Front)... It was definitely published in Front magazine...
