Citat:Exercițiul Zimbru 22 - Baza 57 Aeriană Mihail Kogălniceanu Brigada 15 Mecanizată "Podu Înalt"
În sprijinul Brigăzii 15 Mecanizată “Podu Înalt”, Escadrila 572 Elicoptere aparținând Bazei 57 Mihail Kogălniceanu a participat cu o aeronava IAR 330 LRM și o echipă JTAC (Joint Terminal Air Controller), în CSIL FT Smârdan (Centru Secundar de intruire prin luptă) pentru Exercițiul Zimbru 22, în cadrul căruia s-au realizat misiuni de sprijin
aerian apropiat preplanificat -CAS(Close AIR Support).
Misiunea a avut ca scop exersarea procedurilor standard și menținerea antrenamentului în zbor, pentru personalul navigant al Escadrilei, dar și un prilej de lucru alături de cei din echipa JTAC, aceștia fiind elementul esențial în coordonarea misiunilor CAS în siguranța și eficiență în câmpul tactic.

Militarii Batalionului 2 Infanterie Mecanizată "Călugăreni" au executat ședințe de tragere specifice cu armamentul individual și cu cel de pe mașina de luptă a infanteriei, MLI 84M Jderul în Centrul Secundar de Instruire pentru Luptă Smârdan.
Compania 1 Infanterie și Compania Armament se instruiesc în primele trei săptămâni din luna octombrie, în cadrul exercițiului "CĂLUGĂRENI 22".

Войска Польши и Литвы перебрасываются к границам Белоруссии
Обе страны концентрируют военную технику и пехоту под прикрытием учений. Интересно, что литовские военные с красными тактическими опознавательными знаками.

Rumunski ministar odbrane podneo je ostavku, kako kaže "zbog nemogućnosti saradnje sa šefom države". Negovi problemi su počeli kada je izjavio da Ukrajina treba da pregovara sa rusima, nakon čega je naišao na oštre reči predsednika Joanisa.

Njihov sukob nije baš jučerašnji, ostavka se "krčkala" neko vreme. Možda sada već bivši ministar ne želi da bude deo događaja koji bi mogli uslediti, a koji bi uključivali strani vojni kontigent trenutno na rumunskoj teritoriji.
Ili je ipak jedan razuman i dostojanstven čovek.

În perioada 10-21 octombrie, aproximativ 800 de militari români și americani, cu peste 140 de mijloace tehnice, s-au instruit în comun, în cadrul exercițiului „MĂRĂȘEȘTI 22.2”, în Centrul Secundar de Instruire pentru Luptă „Babadag”, din județul Tulcea.
În acest context, joi, 20 octombrie, a avut loc, în prezența șefului Statului Major al Forțelor Terestre, generalul-maior Iulian Berdilă, Ziua Distinșilor Vizitatori (DVDay). La activitate au participat, de asemenea, comandantul Diviziei 2 Infanterie „Getica”, generalul-maior Ciprian Marin, oficialități ale autorităților publice locale și comandanți ai structurilor militare din Dobrogea.
În cadrul „MĂRĂȘEȘTI 22.2”, partenerii americani au participat cu o companie din cadrul Batalionului 1-502 Parașutiști a Brigăzii 2 Parașutiști, dislocată în Baza 57 Aeriană „Mihail Kogălniceanu”.
